  The Sky project aims to combat the lack of training of young Ethiopians, boys and\u00a0girls. It aims to train young people to enable them to enter the workforce.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>

  The innovative element of Sky project is a payment mechanism for trainers\u00a0based on the results obtained by trainers.
  \nDuring the first phase of the project, around 1600 disadvantaged young people\u00a0were trained, 72% of whom found stable or self-employment. 30% of graduates\u00a0founded a business and created jobs for other young people. A number of them\u00a0become trainers in turn. The project therefore also aims to promote a cost-effective training model that can be transferred to other regions of Ethiopia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
